To apply for a mortgage in principle, please fill out the following form. Once complete, we will be in touch with you to discuss your options.
Before You Start
Before you start the application, please ensure you have the following pieces of information at hand.
1. A scanned copy of your passport, your visa (if not UK/EU passport) or driver's license
2. Last 3 month's worth of bank statements
3. Your most recent P60
4. Your last 3 payslips if paid monthly or 4-weekly, or last 13 payslips if paid weekly
5. Copies of your Self Assessment forms (SA302) if self employed or a director of a Ltd Company
6. A copy of your multi-agency credit reference report which you can obtain by clicking here
7. Copies of evidence of other income sources and/or benefit letters
