On booking an appointment with us we will send a confirmation email requesting some documents upfront. These documents allows us to assess the document quality and extract key information to make sure that when we have our first appointment it is a personal to you experience, and the decision in principle we subsequently apply for is verified from actual document we have seen. In other words we have verified the data and its completeness and accuracy which gives our clients both peace of mind and confidence, that they can get the amount stated in the decision in principle certificate we provide.
Rate Tracker Pledge
Exclusive to Look 4 Mortgages Ltd is our Rate Tracker Pledge. We will track your lenders product we have advised on and if the lender changes that particular products rate after advice has been given, and before either funds requested, in the case of a remortgage. OR exchange of contracts as long as funds have not been requested already on a purchase. We will readvise over the phone at no charge to make sure you the client has the most upto rate available. We shall only do this if the rate decreases and it will mean a further saving to our client.

Yes that’s right. We give you a whole 2 hrs of deep insight into the documents you supplied and information we obtained prior to the appointment to give you a total overview, after which within 24 hrs you will receive your decision in principle with your maximum lending amount on it.

We do not charge a fee at all for protection only sales and when doing mortgage and protection together only charge for the mortgage side of the business. You will be given our sales proposition which explains this at our first meeting which is also free.
